With a wintry forecast and the snow already falling, it was time to think about decorating our holiday let cottage. We managed to get the Christmas Tree up, which was great fun … and made the rest of the cottage pretty for the festive season ahead. I love the twinkling lights, especially on these darker evenings … so cosy and welcoming, they always make me smile.
With happy hearts we headed home … the snow already settling on the hills and mountains. So exciting … I think there’ll be hot chocolate and snowmen this weekend. :)
