Does anyone else get excited by cast iron pans … I certainly do.
My husband knows me well, and found this beautiful vintage cast iron kettle for Christmas. It has some rust on the inside, but that’s easily fixed with a little TLC.
Also, as the cost of living / energy continues to rise, we are planning to switch off our electric range. Instead we’ll be cooking exclusively on our wood stove, at least for now (that’ll be a bit of an adventure) … so this gift is absolutely perfect. I can’t wait to use it, and I’m so grateful. 😃
