My chickens are such good girls and it’s been such a long hard winter for them. Thankfully they’re laying their beautiful eggs again and we’re enjoying each and every one. As I’m getting so many eggs at the moment, I plan on freezing some ... hopefully build up a nice little store for later in the year.
