I suddenly realised this morning, there’s only 10 sleep’s until Christmas … yikes. Where’s the time gone ? 🤷♀️
I definitely need to start thinking about baking and decorating … but at least we’ve managed to get our tree up. 😅
I’ve recently started baking with spelt flour, so I’m very excited to try out some new recipes … mince pies up first.
So far my family love it, no complaints. They especially love my spelt flour cheese scones, which get a big thumbs up. If you haven’t tried baking with spelt, I’d definitely recommend giving it a go … 🥧🥖
