Yay, I’m so excited ... we’ve just harvested our first crop of the year.
I love growing radishes indoors ... they’re quick to mature, easy to grow and you can eat the roots as well as the leaves. The greens can be popped in a salad or sandwich, but I’m itching to try a pesto recipe I found online ... I’ll let you know how I get on, it sounds really good.
If anyone has any other suggestions or radish recipes, I’d love to hear them ...
