I can’t believe how gorgeous the last few days have been. It’s been so nice to pack away the woolly jumpers and throw open the windows ... heavenly.
We also had another treat in store, when my son decided he would cook. He commandeered my kitchen and set to work on creating some really yummy pizzas. Watching him cook from scratch and with such confidence, filled my heart with joy ... one really proud Mum.
The end result was delicious and we were all truly grateful for his efforts and hard work.
I think we’ve decided that a wood fired pizza oven might be our next project ... :)
